  • In the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen you will find “Invoices”, where you can see a list of all the services you have completed.

  • Click on any of them to see a detailed list of the income generated by each service.

NOTE: you can filter by customer name.

  • In the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen you will find “Documents” where you can see a list of your documents.

  • To view a document, click on it and it will open on another screen.

  • To update the document, click on the button that appears on the right side of the document and upload a new file from your mobile phone.

There are two ways to create a report:

  • When you click on “End service” the button “Create service” appears.

  • Click on “Services” and choose the “History” tab. Here you will see all the services you have completed. Services with a pending report will appear with a red message. Click on them and scroll to the bottom of the screen where you will see the “Create Report” button. Click on it and make the report.

Complete the report and click on the “Create report” button.

  • If you click on the “My Services” tab you will see a list of all the services for which you have been chosen.

  • Click on the service you have started.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen.

  • Click on “End service”.

NOTE: To finish, the service must have been started previously and a service can only be finished between 10 minutes before and 60 minutes after the end time.

  • Click on one of them and you will be able to see all the details of the service.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on “Start service”.

  • Click on services.

  • Access “Services” at the bottom of the screen on the navigation bar.

  • Click on “Upcoming” to see the list of available services.

  • Choose the service you are interested in and click on it.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap the “Apply Service” button. Once you have applied, the message “You have already applied for this service” will appear.

  • You will receive a notification in case the client selects you for the service for which you have applied.

NOTE: to apply for a service you will have to have completed your profile and the rates. You can filter by the date that suits you best or filter by continuous or occasional services.

  • Click on the “Upcoming” tab. Here you can see a list of all the available services for which you can apply.

  • The “Profile” button is located at the bottom of the screen.

  • Go to your profile, click on the edit button and fill in the fields that are empty.

  • Click on “Add bank account” to configure your payment method. This will redirect you to Stripe where you can safely add your bank account.

NOTE: You will know if your account is validated or not, through the text that appears below the button.
