In the Invoices section you can see an invoice for each service completed by a professional belonging to your agency. If you click on each of them, you will be able to see the details of the invoice: customer name, date, time, number of hours of service, total amount, etc.

In the services section you will be able to see all the services for which a professional belonging to your agency has been selected. There you will be able to see the details of each service: type of service, user name, date, time, etc.

All services completed by professionals belonging to your agency will be paid directly to your agency’s bank account.

To associate a bank account, you have to go to My Profile and click on View Bank Account. This will redirect you directly to the Stripe page, where you will need to fill in the details to associate your bank account with your agency.

Once your agency’s bank account is configured, if you click View Bank Account you will be able to see all the transactions related to the services performed by the professionals linked to your agency.

How to register professionals​

You can register as many professionals as you want in your agency. Professionals will only be able to register with your agency when you have created your agency account, have set your rates and have an associated account number to be able to charge for services.

There are two options to register a professional who belongs to an agency:

  1. Registering through the agency panel: access your private panel through the website https://dashboard.wanacare.com/login. In the Professionals section, click on the New professional icon, fill in the data, answer the questionnaire and attach the professional’s documentation.

  2. Registering through the app available for iOS devices and for Android devices. On the registration screen, the professional must mark the option “I belong to an agency” and enter the email with which your agency is registered.

In the rates section, you can mark the hourly rate for each type of service you provide in your agency. This rate per hour and service will be common for all the professionals who belong to your agency.

If a professional who belongs to your agency applies for a service, the client will see the hourly rate that you have marked in your agency panel.
