Payments for punctual/individual services

  • At the moment in which the request for a specific service is confirmed, a block is made on the credit card of the total amount of the service.

  • When the service ends, the total amount of the service is charged to the credit card.

Payments for continued services

  • At the moment in which the request for a continued service is confirmed, a credit card is blocked for the total amount of the first shift of the service.

  • For subsequent shifts, a block is made on the credit card, 24 hours before the start of the shift.

  • All payments are made at the end of the shift.

You will be able to review a professional’s work when the service is complete.

  • Once the service has been completed, open the APP and a screen will automatically appear for you to review the professional.

  • Click on “Services”

  • Select the service you are interested in and enter its details.

  • Click on one of the service shifts.

  • Click the “Click here to view your candidates” button.

  • Here you can see the list of candidates who have applied for your service with their data and hourly rate.

  • Click on “Choose” when you have found the professional you want to select for your service.

NOTE: when choosing a professional, all other candidates will disappear.

When you click on “Choose” you will be redirected to a screen with the summary of the amount to pay, so you can confirm the service.

Click on “Services” in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. Here you can see the services divided into: Processing, Following and History.

  • Processing: the service or services that are being provided at that moment.

  • Following: the services you have requested for the future.

  • History: the services that have already finished.

NOTE: to see the details of the service, click on one of the services in the list and you will be able to see all the information.

Continued services are divided into shifts. You will be able to see all the shifts of a continuous service, accessing the detail of the service.

How to add users

Services can be requested for oneself or for other people. In case you want to request a service for other people, you have the option to create as many users as you need and request services for each of them.

  • Click on “Profile” in the toolbar navigation at the bottom of the screen. Select the service you are interested in and enter its details.

  • Click on “My Users”.

  • Click on the “Add new user” button and fill in the form with the user’s data.

You can edit or delete your users whenever you need to. In addition, you can filter your list by the name of the users.

  • Click on “Profile” in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

  • Click the “Edit” button at the top of the screen and fill in any empty fields.

  • Click on “Add card” to add a payment method. This will take you to the Stripe page to add your payment method in complete safety.

Note: you can also complete your profile when requesting the first service. The “Complete Profile” option will appear on the “Service Summary” screen.

  • Open the Wanacare APP

  • Enter your email and password.

  • Click on the “Login” button.

OPTIONAL: you can link your username and password with the Touch or Face ID of your mobile.

  • Choose the option “Customer account”

  • Fill in the form, accept the terms and conditions and press “Create account”.

  • Once the account is created, log in with your credentials.

You can request a service by pressing the central “+” button:

  • Choose who the service is for: for you or for someone else. If it’s for someone else, choose the user or add a new user.

  • Select the type of service you need.

  • Indicates whether it is a one-off service (for one day) or a continuous service (a service that is repeated over several days.

  • Select the date and time of the service or services.

  • Indicates the address of the service.

  • Next, you will see the summary of the service you have requested. If the information is correct, click “OK”. If you want to correct any data, go back to the previous screens and make the necessary changes.

  • You will receive a notification when there are professionals interested in your service.
